David has just returned from Nashville the home of Country Music where he was playing with Drew Smith and Amy Benton, two names to watch out for in country music.
David and Drew played together last year on Broadway which is the centre for country music in Downtown Nashville. Their show on Monday 4th of August was amazing when Drew and David closed the show by playing Galway Girl.
Amy Benton’s show was more laid back as it was acoustic show. Amy is another name to watch out for on the Country Scene. She performed a beautiful version of the Bob Dylan song Make You Feel My Love. David’s set consisted of Four Walls the title track from the new album which brought the house down.
David plans to go back to Nashville in the near future and work with Amy Benton and Drew Smith.
